Tom began his career with two years of training as a portside vehicle inspector, building a strong foundation in vehicle quality and assessment. He now serves as Global Markets Sales Manager, leading Exsea’s international sales team and overseeing vehicle sourcing for clients around the world.

Having spent six years in the United States, Tom is fluent in English and confident working across international markets. Based in Osaka, he attends local auctions regularly and is committed to helping clients secure the right vehicles with professionalism and energy.

Masao Noda

Masao has been working in the used vehicle export industry since 1999, building extensive experience across global markets including New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Thailand, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Zambia and Malawi.

Over the years, he has developed strong international relationships and a deep understanding of different markets, allowing him to support clients with practical, reliable solutions. Koji Yokoyama

Koji specialises in export documentation and logistics, ensuring smooth and reliable vehicle exports from Japan to destinations around the world. With experience exporting cars, motorcycles, and parts, he has worked extensively across Latin American markets including Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, and Chile.

Born in Argentina and raised between cultures, Koji is fluent in Japanese, English, and Spanish, allowing him to communicate clearly with clients across multiple regions. John Chidiwa

John’s passion for cars began in childhood, when he would peek into the windows of parked cars to check their top speeds on his way home from school. This enthusiasm for all things motoring has never left him.

Documentation
  • After your purchase, you will receive a pro-forma invoice from Exsea detailing the vehicle, the agreed price and Exsea’s bank details for payment.

  • Top quality vehicle image files and all essential document copies will be made available to you.

Shipment
  • Vehicles are subject to any inspections or import approval applications required for your market, customs clearance, and then will be shipped on the first available vessel.

  • All original vehicle and shipping documents will be forwarded to you by international couriers such as DHL.

  • In the case of most countries we are able to arrange marine insurance on your behalf prior to shipment.

Payment
  • Full payment should be made to Exsea before vehicles sail from Japan, unless deposit terms are agreed in advance.

  • Upon payment confirmation, all original vehicle and shipping documents, spare keys, etc, will be forwarded to you or your nominated agent by international couriers such as DHL.
