• After your purchase, you will receive a pro-forma invoice from Exsea detailing the vehicle, the agreed price and Exsea’s bank details for payment.

• Top quality vehicle image files and all essential document copies will be made available to you.

• Vehicles are subject to QISJ inspection, customs clearance, and then will be shipped to Mombasa on the first available vessel.

• All original vehicle and shipping documents will be forwarded to Hakim Daud’s office in Mombasa for further distribution or collection.

• In the case of Kenya, marine insurance must be arranged by the importing party. Hakim is able to assist importers with this if required.

• Full payment should be made to Exsea before vehicles sail from Japan, unless deposit terms are agreed in advance.

• Upon payment confirmation, all original vehicle and shipping documents, spare keys, etc, will be forwarded to Hakim Daud’s office in Mombasa for further distribution or collection.
