My story in the used vehicle export business began in 1999. Since then, I have traveled extensively, learning about markets such as New Zealand, Australia, and Fiji in Oceania, as well as Thailand, Cambodia, and Kazakhstan in Asia. I have also spent time in Africa, specifically working in Kenya, Zambia, and Malawi.

Throughout these endeavors, I’ve had the privilege of establishing global connections and friendships, immersing myself in diverse markets and cultures. These experiences have enriched me personally and professionally, and I look forward to cultivating new relationships.

I am a Japanese national born in Argentina, fluent in Japanese, English, and Spanish. With years of experience in exporting cars, motorcycles, and parts, I have primarily served Latin American markets, including Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, and Chile.

After spending some time in Venezuela in a different industry, I began my journey in the used car export business in 2013, focusing on Chile and Bolivia. At EXSEA, I aim to expand our used car sales into new markets beyond Latin America.

My years in the trade have taught me the importance of building connections and earning trust. I take great joy in hearing customers say, "Thank you for delivering a good car," and I am committed to ensuring more customers experience that satisfaction.

I began my career with two years of training as a portside vehicle inspector at Globaline. Now, I specialise in sourcing vehicles for overseas customers, helping New Zealand motor traders find high-quality stock.

Before joining Exsea, I spent six years in the United States, becoming fluent in English and gaining confidence to handle orders in English.

I’m half Japanese and half Indian, and spent five years living in India, which gave me a deep appreciation for both cultures. I’m fluent in English and grew up in a community of car enthusiasts, which sparked my passion for this industry. What I love most about this role is the chance to meet people from around the world and work closely with cars, two things that genuinely excite me. Documentation
  • After your purchase, you will receive a pro-forma invoice from Exsea detailing the vehicle, the agreed price and Exsea’s bank details for payment.

  • Top quality vehicle image files and all essential document copies will be made available to you.

Shipment
  • Vehicles are subject to any inspections or import approval applications required for your market, customs clearance, and then will be shipped on the first available vessel.

  • All original vehicle and shipping documents will be forwarded to you by international couriers such as DHL.

  • In the case of most countries we are able to arrange marine insurance on your behalf prior to shipment.

Payment
  • Full payment should be made to Exsea before vehicles sail from Japan, unless deposit terms are agreed in advance.

  • Upon payment confirmation, all original vehicle and shipping documents, spare keys, etc, will be forwarded to you or your nominated agent by international couriers such as DHL.
